Jan-Willem Middelburg, the founder of both Enterprise Big Data Framework (EBDF) and Cybiant, Zhao ShuSong, the market director of APMG-International Ltd for the Greater China, visited China Star Limited for International Economic & Technical Cooperation (China Star), leading by president Hou ChunHui, vice president Li Yue, and the office administrator He Ke on July 18^thof 2019.

2019年7月18日，国际企业大数据框架（EBDF）创建人Jan-Willem Middelburg先生及英国APMG International大中华区市场总监赵树松先生一行到访中国四达国际经济技术合作有限公司（以下简称中国四达）。公司总经理侯纯辉、重点业务开发协调办公室主任何珂、北京分公司副总经理李玥等领导参加会晤，双方就未来开展大数据认证培训相关的合作事宜进行了深入的沟通和交流。

Jan-Willem Middelburg introduced the history and different modules of EBDF. He mentioned that the EBDF, different from other tech-based Big Data Framework, can effectively satisfy the needs for all levels of learner, therefore it can cover the current gap in the market. APMG developed Enterprise Big Data Professional (EBDP) training and certification program, targeting at mid-high level managers in the enterprises and companies with higher volumes. Students can learn from the basic knowledge to the analysis, design, and to the framework step by step. After finishing the enterprise module, students are free to choose  toward a more tech-based or analysis-based direction depending on their needs.

President Hou of China Star gave out a warm welcome to Jan-Willem Middelburg and Zhao ShuSong. President Hou introduced the history of China Star, and pointed out the current challenges and goals of the company. With the rapid development of the technology and the trending digitization of the enterprises, there is a greater needs for people who can master the usage of Big Data. President Hou mentioned that learning the meticulous management structure and the quality control, from the APMG-International Ltd, can also improve the qualities of the trainers and the programs in China Star. APMG-international Ltd will be fully supporting China Star from Certification program ,training system, material development, etc. The Big Data has its own special status in China, so localizing the advanced techniques into Chinese version will gave China Star a great advantage in the area, and increase the quality of the training program at the same time.

随后，赵树松先生介绍了APMG（英国）基本情况，并赞许了中国四达在职业技能培训上所做的努力。他表示，APMG（英国）严格遵循质量管理体系，通过把控讲师申请流程、评估讲师授课能力、考查专业知识技能，增强EBDP(企业大数据专家）培训价值。下一步APMG将加强与中国四达的合作，全力协助中国四达开展大数据认证培训、讲师培养、课程研发，不断完善企业大数据人才培训项目。

最后，侯纯辉总经理提到，大数据在中国有其特殊性，中国四达作为拥有30余年历史的人力资源服务企业，在大数据人才培训课程设置上要立足于中国国情，通过基础课程实现引流，以细分受众实现课程优化，不断提高认证培训水平。
