Jan-Willem Middelburg is a Dutch entrepreneur and author, with a passion for technology and innovation. He is the founder of Cybiant, a global consulting and training firm that specializes in digital transformation, innovation, and emerging technologies. The company was founded in 2019, and now operates all over the world.

Jan-Willem is also a prolific author, and his ground-breaking work on service automation and big data has been widely recognized and acclaimed. His Service Automation Framework, published in 2017, has become a definitive guide for organizations looking to streamline their service delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction. His latest book, the Enterprise Big Data Framework, published in 2023, offers a comprehensive approach to managing and leveraging big data for competitive advantage. The methodologies and frameworks from Jan-Willem’s book have been converted into global certifications schemes, which are used by Fortune 500 companies.

A pioneer and advocate for the professionalization of automation and big data, Jan-Willem is a frequent keynote speaker and moderator at universities and technology conferences around the world. He also hosts the podcast ‘Big Data Talks’ in which he invites industry leaders to share their perspectives about how data is rapidly changing the world. Jan-Willem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, and he is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sachin has 20+ years of ERP transformation experience from the Client, Prime Integrator and Tier Supplier perspectives . He is a member of the Association of Cost Engineers’ (ACostE) Southwest Regional Board, Nuclear Institute’s Digital SIG (DIGSIG), and Institute of Risk Management (IRM) Risk & Complexity SIG, Sizewell C Consortium member, and AI for Nuclear (AI4N) Working Group.

He is also an expert in Project Management Methodologies, Tools, and Product Development Lifecycle(s): MAPM, MIRM, IVM and Six Sigma certified. Sachin is a skilled user of tools to support agile delivery management including being a (Jira, Confluence, Kanban boards, Waterfall, RPA, and Scrum) Deltek Partner, Oracle Partner, Microsoft Gold Partner, AXELOS P3M3 Consulting Partner (ACP).

Jasbir is currently working in the role of Director, Cybersecurity and Business Relationship Management, and heading Englobe’s AI journey. She started her career in technology and then moved into the business side and worked with suppliers and distributors in retail distribution. After completing her MBA, Jasbir received an opportunity to work on the technology side.
