Welcome to our next episode of Big Data Talks, in which we have conversations with Industry Experts about the way in which data, machine learning and artificial intelligence are changing the way we live. My name is Jan-Willem Middelburg, and I will be your host today. I am the author of the Enterprise Big Data Framework, which is hosting this series of Big Data Talks. You can always watch back the recording of this discussion on YouTube, the Big Data Framework Website, and the podcasting platform on Apple Podcasts.
Today I have the great pleasure to introduce Dr. Esther Loo, the Head of Organizational Design at Malaysia Airlines. And since we are hosting this interview from Kuala Lumpur today, I am extremely interested in her thoughts about the ways in which data is changing aviation, but also human resources.
Dr. Esther has more than a decade experience in Optoelectronics, Quality Control (QC), Failure Analysis (FA) and High-Volume Engineering Data Analysis, people analytics and AI. She managed and led national and global data architecture projects for government and multinational companies. She is involved in government related projects, task forces, policies, and guidelines to further expand digital transformation in the country. You can imagine why I am very happy to talk to Dr. Esther today. Welcome Dr. Esther.
