Valeria Sadovykh

Valeria Sadovykh, Technology Strategist, Microsoft

Valeria Sadovykh is a leading expert in AI decision-making and decision intelligence, currently serving as a Technology Strategist at Microsoft. She focuses on leveraging emerging technologies and strategic partnerships to address organizational challenges, particularly through AI, Cloud, Intelligent Automation, and Big Data. Before Microsoft, Valeria spent a decade at PwC as a Global Digital Transformation Delivery lead, successfully delivering projects that enhanced workplace efficiencies and operational decision-making. She has experience building global cross-cultural teams and is actively involved in academia with numerous publications. Valeria holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Auckland, with research interests in online decision-making, ethical AI, and the disruption and adoption of AI and ML.

Kate Bohn

Kate Bohn, CIO/ COO, Formerly Macquarie Asset Management

With over 24 years of experience in Financial Services, Kate excels as a Capital Markets and Asset Management CIO/CDO, driving innovation and transformation through Fintech. Most recently, as Head of Private Markets Technology at Macquarie Group, she led technology delivery and strategy for major businesses, managing integration projects exceeding AUD30 million. As EMEA CIO for Macquarie Asset Management, she championed cloud-native solutions and agile methodologies. At Lloyds Banking Group, she shaped the digital and data/analytics vision for commercial banking, supporting strategic initiatives exceeding GBP3 billion. Kate’s leadership style fosters trust and collaboration, earning her prestigious awards such as the ‘BUPA everywoman Women in Tech – Leader’ (2024) and ‘European Women in Finance – Excellence in Fintech’ (2023).
