About the Speaker

Since 2017, Eric has been involved in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as a Business Lead/Developer, Solution Designer, Quality Control, and Procurement specialist for Enterprise RPA solutions. Eric has over 15 years of experience in Telstra’s Customer Services and Operations departments in various roles, such as CRM Programmer & Business Analyst, SME of Contact Centre & Managed Service Desk, Change Champion of Agile Ways of Work program & Process Improvement, and Data Insights Lead.

Eric’s RPA expertise comes from both formal training on Blue Prism & UiPath and hands-on experience in business process development since 2018. He has also been a speaker at various Digital Transformation and Intelligent Automation forums in Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia since 2018. The participants in these forums were executives from diverse industries, such as the Public Sector, Banking & Finance, Health, Mining, Utilities, and Manufacturing.
