Cracking The Culture Code Through Behavioural Science and Data Analytics

By Hani Nabeel

Corporate culture is one of the most critical levers for creating shareholder value and driving organizational performance, yet one that most companies underutilize. Up until now, culture has been extremely difficult to measure and transform as the underlying drivers are invisible. If organizations are unable to see, describe, or measure behaviors, it is hard to know if the culture is helping or harming the organization. Truly understanding the culture and identifying the behaviors that do or do not support the strategic priorities can unlock the full potential of an organization and its impact on the wider community.

This session will focus on measuring culture through quantitative behavior diagnostic and analytics to decode the organizational culture that drives your business and quantify how to reduce risk and generate sustainable value. Are you interested in answering the following questions?

How did our workplace culture help us navigate this unprecedented situation we find ourselves in? What are the behavioral changes required to align our culture with our strategy? Do we have any risks that we are not aware of? What is the gap between our current and desired culture? Can we “re-design” our workplace culture?

During this session, you will learn how to take the guesswork out of workplace cultural measurement or transformation by applying behavioral science using ground-breaking diagnostics, linking behaviors to business outcomes, and providing advanced predictive analytics and actionable insights.
